• 2 fresh yuca, peeled and cut into thick sticks
  • Oil, salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. Place yuca sticks into pot and cover with water.
  2. Boil for 15-20 minutes until soft, drain.
  3. Heat oil in pan, place pieces of yuca into oiled and heated pan, and sauté pieces until crisp (about
    10 minutes or so, flip halfway).
  4. Place onto paper towels to drain excess oil.
  5. Repeat until all yuca cooked.
