Wendie Trubow, MD, MBA

After all these years…I still love what I do. I am passionate about helping women optimize their health and their lives. There are so many different challenges in a woman’s life – work, home, relationships, spirituality, health – and they all matter!

It’s true that my credentials allow me a solid medical backdrop to help women achieve vitality in life. But my own journey has given just as much support to my methods of care. Through my struggles with mold and metal toxicity, Celiac disease, and a variety of other health issues, I have a deep sense of compassion for what women are facing when they come to me.

Add together my experience, my personal journey, and my intense focus on women’s transformation and you have one powerful force on your side to help you live fully and age gracefully!

When I’m not helping patients in our practice, you can find me alongside Ed and our 4 kids creating a beautiful ecosystem in our yard that provides nourishment to both our body and soul.

Oh! And…If you’re interested in learning more about my journey to health and how you can replicate what I’ve done, we wrote a book about it!  Preorder here: “Dirty Girl: Ditch the Toxins, Look Great, and Feel Freaking Amazing!”

If you had an hour of free time out of your day, how would you spend it?

Reading, exercising, cooking or straightening up (depending on how messy my house is!)
