• 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 buffalo mozzarella ball, sliced
  • Basil leaves, either whole or cut/shredded
  • Balsamic vinegar, oil, salt, pepper
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
  • Lemon, if desired

Cooking Instructions

  1. Place sliced tomatoes on platter large enough to hold them all.
  2. Place buffalo mozzarella slices on top.
  3. Layer basil on top.
  4. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, oil, salt, pepper.
  5. Place avocado slices around plate, drizzle with lemon.
