Return & Exchange Policy

Returns condition of returns
Customers may return any unopened merchandise purchased from Five Journeys  within 30 days of purchase.  We accept returns of most* unopened items in the original packaging.

  • When accompanied by a receipt the customer will receive the return in the original form of payment. 
  • Without a receipt, the customer will receive a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price during the prior 30 days.  
  • If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

 

Make a Return by Mail
For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.  Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges
Please let us know if an item you have ordered from us is defective or damaged and we will happily replace it. Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at 617.934.6400 or admin@fivejourneys.com  with details of the product and the defect.  Please do not send back products before chatting with us.
