- 2 fresh yuca, peeled and cut into thick sticks
- Oil, salt
- Place yuca sticks into pot and cover with water.
- Boil for 15-20 minutes until soft, drain.
- Heat oil in pan, place pieces of yuca into oiled and heated pan, and sauté pieces until crisp (about
10 minutes or so, flip halfway).
- Place onto paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Repeat until all yuca cooked.
