Sugar-Free Creamy Cacao Pudding

  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 T raw cacao powder
  • Optional: unsweetened almond milk if needed

Personal tips

  • The ripe banana should make this taste sweet but if you'd like, add a little bit of monk fruit or stevia for added sweetness! You can also use 3 dates instead of the banana.

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a blender/food processor mix all of the ingredients together. Add unsweetened almond milk as desired to make it less thick.
  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy!
