- 1 ripe banana
- ½ avocado
- 1 T raw cacao powder
- Optional: unsweetened almond milk if needed
- The ripe banana should make this taste sweet but if you'd like, add a little bit of monk fruit or stevia for added sweetness! You can also use 3 dates instead of the banana.
- In a blender/food processor mix all of the ingredients together. Add unsweetened almond milk as desired to make it less thick.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy!
