Mango Cucumber Mint Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen or fresh mango cubes
  • 1 large handful of raw kale
  • A few fresh mint leaves (4-5)
  • 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk + 1 cup filtered water (or gum-free plant-based milk)
  • 1 cup frozen cucumber (peeled)
  • 2-3 scoops vanilla Nuzest protein (this is a histamine-free vegan protein powder)
  • Few ice cubes

Cooking Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender & serve!
