- 2 cups frozen or fresh mango cubes
- 1 large handful of raw kale
- A few fresh mint leaves (4-5)
- 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk + 1 cup filtered water (or gum-free plant-based milk)
- 1 cup frozen cucumber (peeled)
- 2-3 scoops vanilla Nuzest protein (this is a histamine-free vegan protein powder)
- Few ice cubes
