- 1-2 T water (use more if needed)
- 2 lemons – juiced
- 1 garlic clove – minced
- Salt and pepper
- Try pouring over chopped red cabbage and letting it sit for 1-2 hours for a lightened up version of coleslaw.
- Drizzle over warm veggies such as winter squash or broccoli.
- Use in a greek salad for a vinegar-free dressing option!
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice into a bowl; whisk in tahini and water.
- Add minced garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
