Lemon Tahini Dressing



  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1-2 T water (use more if needed)
  • 2 lemons – juiced
  • 1 garlic clove – minced
  • Salt and pepper

Personal tips

  • Try pouring over chopped red cabbage and letting it sit for 1-2 hours for a lightened up version of coleslaw.
  • Drizzle over warm veggies such as winter squash or broccoli.
  • Use in a greek salad for a vinegar-free dressing option!

Cooking Instructions

  1. Squeeze fresh lemon juice into a bowl; whisk in tahini and water.
  2. Add minced garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
