Ingredients
- 1 bag of chopped kale or 1 head of kale, washed and chopped
- 1 Tbsp. olive or avocado oil
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- Other spices of choice: chili powder, red pepper flakes, nutritional yeast, paprika, garlic powder, everything but the bagel seasoning
Cooking Instructions
- Coat the kale with the oil and spices and place on a lined baking sheetÂ
- Bake in the oven, turning halfway through, at 350F for 10-15 minutes, or until desired texture/crunch
