- 3/4 cup wild frozen blueberries
- 1/3 cup aloe vera gel
- 2 T chia seeds
- 2 scoops of collagen protein (Bulletproof’s Vanilla Protein is recommended)
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- A handful of raw organic spinach
- ~12 oz unsweetened vanilla coconut milk
- Optional: 1 T coconut butter
- A dash of cinnamon
