Ingredients

  • 1-15 oz can of chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1-2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley or basil
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • salt + pepper to taste
  • 1 cup spinach

Cooking Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high powered blender or food processor, and blend into a thick hummus- add a tiny bit of water if you need to make it less thick
  2. Serve with veggies or whole grain crackers, and enjoy!
