Ingredients

  • 1 package Trader Joe's falafel mix
  • 2 tomatoes, cubed
  • 4 small cukes, cubed
  • 4 pickles, cubed
  • Hummus of your choice
  • Corn tortillas, warmed
  • Costco or Trader Joe's sweet kale chopped salad, or cabbage salad of choice
  • Your favorite hot sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. Make 1 package of the Trader Joe’s falafel mix (follow their instructions). We used duck fat since we had it but you can use any oil that has a high burn temp like avocado or grapeseed too.
  2. Mix salad
  3. Set everything out on the table and get out of the way!
