Creamy Sweet Potato Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ frozen sweet potato (~1/3 cup mashed)
  • ½ ripened pear
  • 12-14 oz dairy free milk (vanilla, unsweetened recommended)
  • 2 T ground flax seeds
  • 3-4 raw walnut halves
  • 2 scoops vanilla collagen protein (I recommend bulletproof or primal kitchen collagen)
  • 1/3 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • ~ an inch of fresh ginger root
  • splash of vanilla extract
  • optional: dash of turmeric, pinch of black pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor or vitamix; sip away!
  2. Optional: Topped with nut butter, pear, shredded coconut, bee pollen (optional)
