Cranberry Relish

Ingredients

  • 1 package of organic cranberries
  • Seeds from 1 pomegranate
  • Small handful of mint
  • 2-4 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Cooking Instructions

  1. Put mint and cranberries into cuisinart
  2. Pulse until cranberries and mint are chopped
  3. Place into a bowl, add pomegranate, honey and cinnamon. 
  4. Mix well
  5. Taste & taste again
  6. Add more honey to taste as needed
  7. Hide a serving (or two…?) from your kids
  8. Serve
