- 2 cans full fat coconut milk
- ½ cup organic chia seeds
- 1-2 packages washed raspberries, blackberries, and/or blueberries
- Maple syrup
- For Keto/Candida: Please omit maple syrup
- By hand, mix together the coconut milk and chia seeds until well blended.
- Set into fridge and let gel.
- Decorate with berries.
