Megan Gerber, RD, LDN, IFNCP
Meg graduated from the University of Connecticut as a Registered Dietitian in 2014 and has been a practicing Dietitian/Nutritionist over the past 5 years. She is a Certified Lifestyle educator and credentialed as an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner (IFNCP) with the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy. Meg became passionate about integrative and functional health through pursuit of alternative therapies to self-heal her own digestive disease. Her experience with the healing effects of specialized diets, acupuncture, herbs, yoga and mindfulness therapies blossomed a desire to share a holistic approach to nutrition and wellness with others. Meg truly believes that food is a vital tool for healing the whole body and nutrition should always be individualized to the person. It is her goal to utilize plant rich food as medicine to help one feel their best while also keeping food enjoyable and tasty! In her free time, Meg loves cooking and recipe testing, traveling with family & friends, and spending time in the sunshine!
