SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s) based on your location. Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. Business days are Mondays-(select) Saturdays, excluding observed holidays within the United States.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, please contact admin@fivejourneys.com within 30 days of your purchase to begin the return process. The item must be returned unused in original boxes (whenever possible).

RETURNING AN ITEM BY MAIL

If you purchased a product from fivejourneys.com and need to return it, here are the basic steps:

  • Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
  • Find and print your digital packing list sent from admin@fivejourneys.com.
  • All products must be returned, unused in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork.
  • Ship the return package to:

  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.  Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. 

RETURNS OF AN ITEM TO THE FIVE JOURNEYS OFFICE

If you are not pleased with any product we sell, we will offer a refund or exchange. All unused products are refundable/exchangeable within 30 days from the date of your order from www.fivejourneys.com. You may come to our office anytime during business hours to return or exchange your product(s). Please bring either a digital or paper receipt to ensure your full refund.

Important Information about Payment:

  • For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match this criteria.
