Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1-2 T water (use more if needed)
  • 2 lemons – juiced
  • 1 garlic clove – minced
  • Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. Squeeze fresh lemon juice into a bowl; whisk in tahini and water.
  2. Add minced garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
