• 1 bag of chopped kale or 1 head of kale, washed and chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. olive or avocado oil
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Other spices of choice: chili powder, red pepper flakes, nutritional yeast, paprika, garlic powder, everything but the bagel seasoning

Cooking Instructions

  1. Coat the kale with the oil and spices and place on a lined baking sheet 
  2. Bake in the oven, turning halfway through, at 350F for 10-15 minutes, or until desired texture/crunch
