Ingredients

  • 1 can of black beans
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 2 eggs-room temp
  • ⅓ cup melted coconut oil or butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt + more for sprinkling
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp coffee grounds
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 dark chocolate chips/walnuts
  • Optional: top with more chips and unsw coconut flakes

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Line a square baking dish with parchment
  3. Combine all ingredients in a food processor/blender
  4. Pour batter into baking dish
  5. Bake 30-35 until  toothpick comes out clean
  6. Cool for at least 15-20 min and then serve
