Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup wild frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 cup aloe vera gel
  • 2 T chia seeds
  • 2 scoops of collagen protein (Bulletproof’s Vanilla Protein is recommended)
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • A handful of raw organic spinach
  • ~12 oz unsweetened vanilla coconut milk
  • Optional: 1 T coconut butter
  • A dash of cinnamon
