Ingredients

  • 1 pound organic ground turkey
  • 1 cup packed chopped kale
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup sprouted seed crackers (finely crushed)
  • 3 T coconut flour
  • 1 clove fresh garlic
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tsp dried parsley or 1 T fresh
  • 1 T fresh chopped mint
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350, line a baking sheet with parchment
  2. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix until well combined
  3. Form into balls-roughly golf ball size and place on cookie sheet
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, turn and bake for an additional 5-8 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 165
  5. Remove from oven and let cool
