- 1/2 cup folio, cooked in 1 cup water
- 1.5 heads curly parsley, chopped finely
- 1/2 cup mint, finely chopped
- 1.5 lemons, juiced
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 2 tomatoes, diced into small pieces
- 1 clove garlic (optional)
Mix all the ingredients together! Give it a taste and add more flavor as needed. Then put on a shelf so you don’t eat it all before dinner!
