Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup folio, cooked in 1 cup water
  • 1.5 heads curly parsley, chopped finely
  • 1/2 cup mint, finely chopped
  • 1.5 lemons, juiced
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 2 tomatoes, diced into small pieces
  • 1 clove garlic (optional)

Cooking Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together! Give it a taste and add more flavor as needed. Then put on a shelf so you don’t eat it all before dinner!
