Ingredients

  • 2 cans full fat coconut milk
  • ½ cup organic chia seeds
  • 1-2 packages washed raspberries, blackberries, and/or blueberries
  • Maple syrup

Cooking Instructions

  1. By hand, mix together the coconut milk and chia seeds until well blended.
  2. Set into fridge and let gel.
  3. Decorate with berries.
