• 2 tsp coconut butter
  • 2 scoops Vital Proteins collagen peptides (or 20 grams unflavored collagen of choice)
  • 1 tsp organic matcha ( I recommend Soar Organics, Ippodo tea brand); you can alternatively use a few ounces of cold brew coffee if preferred)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond or coconut milk
  • ¾-1 cup hot water
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Optional: Adaptogens for stress relief/adrenal support: ½ tsp ashwaganda or maca powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat water to boiling
  2. Scoop coconut butter into blender (or mug if using handheld frother)
  3. Pour hot water over top add in all other ingredients
  4. Blend on high until frothy; sprinkle with cinnamon and serve

I recommend using either a blender or a handheld milk frother
