Looking for some last minute healthy dips for the 4th of July weekend that won’t throw your tummy for a tizzy?

Check out our favorite Dairy-Free dip recipes below:

7 Layer Mediterranean Dip

Hearty and packed with flavor, this dip is an appetizer “mini meal”! We recommend serving it with raw veggies like endives, radishes, and bell peppers and Simple Mills grain free crackers!

Black Bean Dip

We love this alongside a fresh salsa with Siete chips!  This one’s a crowd favorite and super simple! Great for any nut or corn allergies.

Summer Salsa

Veggie dense and fiber-packed, this fresh salsa goes great with grilled chicken or fish or as a dip with blue corn chips!  Even better the next day-this is a great make-ahead app.

Cauliflower Hummus

Don’t do well with beans?  Try this legume-free hummus look alike!  Serves great with carrots, roasted veggies or heartier crackers like Mary’s Gone or rice crackers.

Easy Guacamole

Save money by making your guac yourself!  This recipe is just 3 main ingredients and can be modified to your liking-add chopped Roma tomato and red onion for a classic chunky guac, chopped cilantro and finely diced jalapeno for a spicy kick or chopped fresh pineapple and a pinch of paprika for a fruity vibe!

No time to make your own?! We recommend these healthier ready-made dips found at Whole Foods or most local health food stores:
